This is a traditional rolled log! A chocolate sponge infused with rum is rolled with plump Amarena cherries, sour cherry cremeux and vanilla bean whipped cream. Covered in chocolate "bark" and meringue "mushrooms". Size: 9" (Serves 8-10)
