Fun and in-depth workshops. Take home the treats you make and the recipes and make them at home over and over! Small class size 8-12 people. Ages 12+.

"FLOODED COOKIES" - SOLD OUT - Sat, April 28 3-6 p.m. Cost: $100 per person
Learn how to make, roll, cut and bake sugar cookie dough. Make and colour royal icing. Decorate your cookies in different shapes (heart, flowers and butterflies).
"MOTHER'S DAY" CUPCAKE BOUQUET - Sat, May 5 3-6 p.m. Cost: $100 per person
This is a perfect workshop to do with Mom right before Mother's Day or just learn how to make this perfect gift to give later. Learn how to make frosting, cupcakes and pipe beautiful flowers. Assemble the cupcakes as a bouquet in a vase (pot will be square instead of round as in picture).
"HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT HAND-ROLLED TRUFFLES" - Sat, May 26 3-6 p.m. Cost: $100 per person
Learn how to temper chocolate and make chocolate ganache. You will hand roll truffles, apply a variety of toppings and take home a box of home made chocolates.
