Red Velvet Cake (Jan 25)
The first of our "La Rocca Series" cake workshops! In this 3 hour class, students will learn:
-how to make and bake red velvet sponge
-how to make smooth cream cheese icing
-how to properly cut, stack and mask the cake with cream cheese icing
- how to "comb" the side of the cake and pipe rosettes on top
Each student will take home their own recipe booklet and their own personal cake creation!
Date: Saturday, January 25, 3:30-6:30
Cost: $100 per person
Minimum Age: 12 years old
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class minus a $25 admin fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will be considered "no-show" and no credit or refund will be possible. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
