Tasty Choux Pastry (March 24)
Pâte à Choux is the base for some of the most delicious French pastries, including Eclairs, Cream Puffs and more!
In this 4 hour class, students will learn how to make the perfect
Pâte à Choux, how to pipe it into eclairs and cream puffs, how to fill it with delicious fillings and how to finish your pastries so that they look as beautiful as they taste!
Students will each take home a booklet of recipes and theory, as well as a box of beautifully delicious pate a choux creations to share and enjoy!
Date: Sunday, March 24, 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm
Cost: $115 per person
Minimum Age: 12 years old
Cancellation Policy: Due to the small class size we require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
