Super Caramel Crunch™ (March 14)
As part of our "La Rocca Series" you will learn how to make our most famous cake! In this 3 hour class, students will learn:
-how to make, pipe and bake pecan meringue for individual size dessert
-how to make whipped cream suitable for layering
-how to make buttery caramel
-how to assemble the final cake
Each student will take home their own recipe booklet and half dozen Super Caramel Crunch individual size desserts!
Date: Saturday, March 14, 3:30-6:30
Cost: $100 per person
Minimum Age: 12 years old
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class minus a $25 admin fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class will be considered "no-show" and no credit or refund will be possible. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
