Have you ever wanted to make the perfect macaron but have been too scared to try?  Well no longer! Join us for this 3 hour class where we de-mystify the secrets to making this delicious confection!  In this class, students will learn:

-theory of macaron making and different styles of macaron shells

-how to make and colour Italian macaron shells

-how to make velvety ganache filling

-how to prepare flavoured buttercream fillings

-how to assemble and decorate beautiful macarons

Students will receive a booklet of theory/recipes and take home roughly 24 macarons to enjoy and impress!

Cost: $100 per person + tax

Minimum Age: 12 years old

Cancellation Policy: Due to the small class size we require at least 14 days notice for full refund.  If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class.  If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
