Dairy Free / Vegan Baking (March 23)

 At La Rocca, we believe that cakes and pastries should be just as delicious with or without dairy or eggs!  In this fun 4 hour class, students will learn:

- all about dairy and egg substitutes in baking

- how to make a decadent dairy free / vegan chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing

- how to make a delicious "to die for" dairy free vegan "cheesecake"

- students will each take home a chocolate fudge cake and a cheesecake, as well as a recipe booklet including theory.

Note: We will be using different kinds of Nut Products.

Date: Saturday March 23, 3 pm - 7 pm

Cost: $115 per person

Minimum Age: 12 years old

Cancellation Policy: Due to the small class size we require at least 14 days notice for full refund.  If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class.  If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
