Naked Cakes (Feb 1)
Simple is beautiful! And it doesn’t get more gorgeous than the ever -popular naked cake! In this 3 hour class, students will learn:
-how to make and colour Swiss Meringue Buttercream
-how to properly stack and mask a 3 layer “naked” cake
-how to make beautiful chocolate “sail” garnishes and chocolate “drip” borders
-how to make fresh flowers food safe and apply to your naked cake
Each student will take home their own recipe booklet and their own personal naked cake creation - almost too pretty to eat!
Date: Saturday, February 1st, 3:30-6:30
Cost: $100 per person
Minimum Age: 12 years old
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class minus a $25 admin fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will be considered "no-show" and no credit or refund will be possible. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
