Learn how to handcraft Bonbons just in time for Valentine's Day!  Make them for your sweetie or come together for a fun and delicious evening!

In this 3 hour class, students will learn:

-all about chocolate composition (with chocolate tasting included)

-how to make chocolate ganaches and pralines in a variety of delicious flavours

-how to properly temper chocolate 

-how to pipe your fillings using chocolate moulds

- how to paint bonbons

Students will each take home a booklet of recipes and chocolate theory, as well as a box of bonbons to enjoy (approx. 21 per person)

Cost: $100 

Minimum Age: 12 years old

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days notice for full refund.  If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class minus a $25 admin fee.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will be considered "no-show" and no credit or refund will be possible.  If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
