Buttercream Floral Wreath Cake (Feb 11)
One of the most beautiful trends in the baking world today is floral wreath cakes, adorned with hand piped flowers made from translucent and glossy Korean Buttercream! In this 6 hour class, students will learn:
-how to make Korean Buttercream from scratch
-how to colour buttercream properly
-how to hand-pipe realistic buttercream flowers such as roses, ranunculus, chrysanthemums, carnations, blossoms and more!
-how to perfectly mask a cake and create a unique piped floral wreath on top
Students will each take home a booklet of recipes, theory and step-by-step instructions on piping, as well as a stunning cake to show off to family and friends!
Date: Monday, Feb 11, 9:30-4:00 (students will get 1/2 hour lunch break)
Cost: $155 per person + tax
Minimum Age: 16 years old
Cancellation Policy: Due to the small class size we require at least 14 days notice for full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before the class we will issue a credit for a future class. If a class gets cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
